Overview
If you are interested in looking for the big five, this trip might be just what you are looking for. Visit Ziwa Rhino & Wildlife Ranch on your way to Murchison Falls NP. Enjoy an early morning game drive on the Northern bank of the park before embarking on a water safari to the bottom of the falls. Look out for the chimpanzees in Kibale Forest NP in the western part of the country. You will also have an opportunity to visit Queen Elizabeth NP, the most visited park in Uganda. Head out for an early morning game drive and later on embark on a water safari on the famous Kazinga Channel, a waterway that connects Lake Edward to Lake George. Pass through the Ishasha sector and stand a chance of spotting the tree climbing lions before reaching Bwindi Impenetrable NP the home of the rare mountain gorillas. Track these magnificent creatures on foot and once found spend a full hour watching them as they go about their business in the forest. On your way back to Kampala spend a night in Lake Mburo NP to cut the long drive time. Spend time up close with savannah animals and later on transfer to Kampala / Entebbe for your flight.
